ClackaCraft's tire carrier is designed to slip
over the trailer tongue from below then through the lug holes
on the spare wheel. The two threaded "z" brackets screw
over the tire securely snugging the tire to the tongue. A paddle
lock is then slipped through the holes on the top of the "z" brackets
so that they can not be unscrewed with the paddle lock secured.
