"I have been rowing drift
boats for nearly 20 years. The next step was to Hyde
drift boats, where I hung my hat for 11 years. As a member of Clackacraft's prostaff, I have never been treated so well.
They truly listen to the guides & customers that want a smooth glide and user-friendly boat with durability. Comfort is a hard thing to find on a cold rainy day of steelhead fishing. Clackacraft put some thought into the 16 foot Highside. As an option, it came completely plumbed with a easy to use propane heater system to warm your fingers or toast your ham sandwich on a cold day! These boats take a beating, but the bottoms are made to flex and absorb the daily punishment we put them through.
