“I have been fishing and on the water most of my life, as both a fly fishing guide and a commercial fisherman. I have rowed lots of boat over the years and ClackaCrafts are hands down the best of the bunch. We have a 16 foot FFB and two Eddys. Both models are a pleasure to fish and guide out of. The FFB is a great all-around driftboat that does well for us in all the river conditions we are faced with. The Eddys have been an absolute dream to row and guide out of. They are very stable and, with a lower sheer than the FFB, they are great in the wind. We have also been using the Eddys on some of our lakes in Northern New Mexico and they have performed excellently on the stillwater as well. All of our clients have been super comfortable in both models, under all types of weather and water conditions – this is always an important consideration for us. Our Clackas have taken everything that has come at them, both above and below the waterline, and have come out way on top.”
